We wait in queue for our turn in the Customer service counter.
My friend pointed me to the notice board saying that no refund/return entertained citing due to piracy reason.
I was stumped and nevertheless we went on asking it.
We gave good reason why we should get refund.
She called somebody about the reason that there is no dolby digital audio format in this dvd.
Guess what?ACCEPTED
cool,i got the money back.
