To use up the stored enery i have.
I want to aviod my body to convert stored energy into fats.
Today,i played soccer at Ang Mo Kio from 11 am to 2.30pm
I look at my face in the mirror.
Gosh,reddish skins all over my face.
slighly sun-burnt!

Again,i want to burn the energy.
