Hello friends and readers..
It is really nice to have break from school.
At the same time i believe that a lot of students in my school are anxious to receive the result.
In my opinion, people who can do well in those subjects without memorising sentences from the boks are way better than the ones who memorise.
Simply, the creative and intuitive prevail over static memoring because either one of two abilities will able you to do make brilliant decisions in working environment.
Definately!hehe
If you happen to be one who memorise a lot, it is ok.
Just that there are some people who can not cope in the working environment.
Maybe one day, i will highlight this topic with much detailed specific once i have enough concrete evidences and thoughts.
Next topic...It sadden me when people abuse their authority and own age...
Recently, i read something interested on internet forum.
A student wrote a petition to remove principal in his secondary school.
I had read and the writing content he wrote was really amazing.
I spot a theory that can be found in the subject(Principle Of Management) i currently learning in school.
On top of that,he is only Secondary 2 student. This kind of theory is something you don't get to read or learn when you are teenager. Even i did not know about such theory until i studied Principle Of Management subject.
If he did all the writing alone, that is one hell knowledge and understanding to apply those principles and observation. kudos to him if it is true!
Listing out all the points why the principal should be remove is so powerful that it is enough to take him out of the position as long as the facts are true.
MOE stance forever protect good and bad teachers(not the ones who commit the crime outside school).
That is one hell sad part.
MOE should stomp bad teachers out.
Teachers can discpline students but they shouldn't push their luck and authority too far until students can not tolerate.
This generation render the style of teaching and method of punishments useless if you ask me.
It will work on few but doesn't work on most of the students.
It is about the time to review them and introduce significant changes.
We will be seeing more and more reports and articles from newspapers and internet in no time if situations are not addressed.
In my teenager days, there were some teachers abusing too much.
I tolerated enough in primary school but actually, the students around me were not that bad. I can say friendly and fun.
But in Secondary school, the level of thinking changed...There are some or maybe a lot of students were under 'bad people' catogry.
Bad teachers and students in Secondary school is already bad enough to make some of the students taking up initative to their matters.
I can understand why they did that because i have been their shoes before.
No kidding..it is down to their level of thinking and maturity.
Today, i feel that it is really waste of time and i rather walk away as i concentrate on my own personal interests.
It is ridiculous that those bad teachers should retain the authority when their methods are already wrong/not right in the first place.
One big bad atmosphere tell the whole truth.Enough said and it sum up everything.
Talk about some older people pushing their knowledge too hard towards young people.
Indeed, there is a gap generation and level of thinking.
Don't boast how old you are...It really make no different when adults behave like kids when they start aruging over the power of position or the authority they should have.
Look at the recent newspaper report, a man borrowed more than $1 million from his parents and still never paid back. In the end,his parents sued him and won the case.
How old is he?He is 44 years old.Mind you..he is adult and still behaving like a brat protecting the toys away from jealous kids(protecting his assets)*pun intended*
Just now, there is a older guy talking with me.
He remarked how different the Korean drama show between dvd and tv verison.
I explained and gave my opinion.
In fact, i hardly sit in living room watching tv because i have been watching all kind of shows, movies and animations on my computer.
He said don't pay tv license blah blah blah.
I gave my reason that my mother do watch tv most of the time.
He was quite pushy to repeat saying that i don't pay tv license.I kindly repeat my reason.
I see no problem to repeat my reason.
Look...he claimed that it was only two times.Fine with me...two times or maybe few more times..
I am already tired after playing DOTA with Eugene and he still want to say that i am agitated about it.
In fact, i am tired of his pushy ways to make sure that my mind 'was installed' by his view and opinion.
Whatever about the internet fee or government things...he is entitled to have/say your opinion but we including him do not have the right to force them to accept those facts.
Out of blue,he tried to use his own age to claim that i do not have the right to tell him when i kindly tell him to tone down his comments.
You see this..a typical case of abuse.
I am no stranger to it. When i was young,i used to be like him where i have this kind of belief to get whole people to follow the path they should be.
Indeed, this belief is real and good thing but then when i spent a lot of time to observe and learn many kind of belief people have,i realise that other beliefs people have are not wrong either.
Eventually,my level of thinking raise to next level where i started to tone down my own comments.
Definately,i did not want to make him bad but i did my best to tell him to tone down his comments in my kindest way i could do.
Sigh....he pushed his luck too far by repeating 'don't pay tv license' when i have already given excellent reason.
What more do he want?
When will be the day that knock his sense.
I may not able to stop him from repeating but it is really common sense to cut this conversation short and give me a rest.
He failed to see it and started to abuse his age saying 'crazy' and 'i am older than you and don't try to tell me what to do'
WHAT!Can't young people tell older people about their mistakes or bad habit?
See...this kind of older people are way too naive about their own behaviour.
I can understand why he fell out with a lot of people because of his pushy talk attitude.
It show that older people do make mistakes or behave like kid. It doesn't mean younger people are only one making mistakes or behaving like kid or brat.
Seriously,i hope older people should respect young people.
One look at the age, many older people already smirk at young people.
In the same way, people look at your school and if it happen to be third-rate school, they already look them down .
It is really same analogy.
It is already sad enough to find few older people treat young people in proper way.
If he think that it is not aggressive,i am no strange to this kind of thing.
There is another guy who work for a local distributor. He marketed the products that his company bring in the local hardware forum..
Great comment about him..excellent customer service, sensible talk, making a few nice posts to wake naive people..
He is truly computer hardware tech person...
But when he chat in other forum that talk about home theater, projectors and tv, he was so aggressive that he tell every forummer about the Amoi tv having true hdtv picture size although his company don't deal with Amoi products.
Sure thing..what he said about Amoi is true but some forummers already fed up with his aggressive talk(i can tell you that this guy is the same kind as older friend of mine).
In the end, moderater told him about behaviour.
He began to tone his comments down realising that his knowledge for projectors and tv is not adequate enough.
Great in hardware computer knowledge but moderately decent in lcd and plasma tv.
That is why many people have their own beliefs in that forum for certain brand of plasma and lcd tvs. The action he did is to shake down their belief and start getting the true HDTV lcd tv and make plasma tvs look bad.
Both of tv have its pros and cons.
If you have your own belief, say it once in the right time and don't bother to make them to struck in your belief.
It will not work. All you do is to let them to find out and they will change their own belief.
That is why i don't want to be too pushy for that reason and do my best to make their thoughts&beliefs useful in some ways.
Older people tend to repeat and repeat.
Like my mother who tried to drill a belief of her into my mind, i don't accept.
Only when i realise some of her belief make a sense when i see the answer during my own doing.
Likewise, you will understand why they tell you one day.
Japanese culture has one con..it is the culture that young people have to give way to older people(like school...sports club)
In result, there was a abuse/bully just because of this lame i-am-older-than-you attitude hence some young people rebel against older people.
Fast And Furious:Tokyo Drift(Hollywood Movie 2006)
Click here for official website"In order to avoid a jail sentence, Sean Boswell heads to Tokyo to live with his military father. In a low-rent section of the city, Shaun gets caught up in the underground world of drift racing."
Indeed,Americans only love drag racing while Japanese prefer drift racing. What a opposite side.
I bet that this movie educate Americans what is so interesting about Drifting.
I wonder were they in awe of precise drift?
This show is slighly having some ideas from Need For Speed and Initial D.
But the story is not so fantastic although plenty of nice excuted stunts and probably graphics edited.

Lost In Translation(Hollywood Movie 2003)
"Bob Harris(Bill Murray) and Charlotte(Scarlett Johansson) are two Americans in Tokyo. Bob is a movie star in town to shoot a whiskey commerical, while Charlotte is a young woman tagging along with her workaholic photographer husband(Giovanni Ribisi). Unable to sleep, Bob and Charlotte cross paths one night in the luxury hotel bar. This chance meeting soon becomes a surprising friendship. Charlotte and Bob venture through Tokyo, having often hilarious encounters with its citizens, and ultimately discover a new belief in life's possibilities.
Shot entirely on location in Japan, Sofia Coppola's Lost in Translation is a valentine to the nature of close friendship and to the city of Tokyo. Ms. Coppola's film, from her original screenplay, comtemplates the unexpected connections we make that might not last - yet stay with us forever"
Story is decent but the directing this movie was well-taken and well-done.
I like Scarlett Johansson. Her look and body struck my eyes!

So far,she and Victora Beckham, only westerns are in my type of womens i fancy a lot.
The ending..too bad the married man, Bob Harris did not get hitch with married
woman,Charlotte.
*If you ask me,he has made the right decision by not cutting his many years marriage*

Un long dimanche de fiançailles (A Very Long Engagement)(French Movie 2003)
"A Very Long Engagement" tells the story of a a young woman, Mathilde's relentless search for her fiancée, who has disappeared from the trenches of the Somme during World War One"
Classic love story...For those who read a lot of love storybooks,i recommend this French movie!
Like hell, she did not give up the belief that her fiance did not die in the war.
So long..few years flew, she still believe and her family and most of surviving soliders think that he is dead.
Jesus Christ...incredible girl!
*No girl in this world can have so much faith like this character*
In the end,she finally found him!!!!!!Her faith and belief paid her off handsomely!

구타유발자들(Guta-yubalja-deul)A Bloody Aria(Korean Movie 2006)
"PARK Young-sun, a college professor, meets In-jeong, one of the prettiest students in his class, by chance at an audition for a big musical project. A reckless womanizer, he asks In-jeong to take a ride with him. They drive to a riverside and he attempts to become intimate. However, to his surprise, In-jeong declines his advances, and runs away. While waiting for her to return, Young-sun encounters a group of cruel and brutal youths who may have killed In-jeong."
It is really typical movie.
When the Korean government passed the bill to cut the number of films into half, a lot of Korean actors and actresses were protesting.
By the time passed by, i began to see why.
One of the reasons struck in my mind. films like this are already stale and boring and it is better to reduce the number of films producted in Korea hence letting entertaining-quality shows and filter out&reject the stale ones.
Although this film is pretty decent,i feel that Korean film industry should be making more fresh shows.
So far there are quite number of brillant shows this year.
Korean acting culture is great especially open-minded acts(perhaps) where we don't get to see on local(Singapore) shows that often.
