You know what?This guy who used to play soccer with me and Junqiu at NUS few months ago. I never knew that he was in Channel 8 drama shows till Junqiu told me about it.
Vivo city shopping centre is quite big and unbelievable. I can't even finish walking around the shopping centre. It is quite comparable to the one where i went in Thailand few years ago back. Big space to walk about but i am quite surprised that there is no KFC and mcdonalds in Vivo City. I always assume that Mcdonald want to have its fast food resturant in every shopping centre islandwide!
I am now currently watching LOST season 2 and Prison Break Season 1.

I long heard of this show before my organisational behavior lecturer excitedly tells how great this film in front of my class. He relate this movie to some sort of a psychological thing(actually i can't remember what it is).
I took the opportunty to watch it and i can see why it is good movie giving some pointers for psychological stuff.
Whoops, you gotta face such boss like that..the one who suddenly request you to do something impossible out of the blue. That is why we must be competent and mentally prepared for all the time just in case we may have this kind of boss in near future.
I want to tell you that high power-distance bosses may be tough and fast but end of the day they still have the stress from all the sides.
Overall, this movie is brilliant

Synopsis:
Losing her mother at a young age, Misaki Yoko (Ueto Aya) was raised amongst three brothers. Yoko is a slightly boyish girl who is bullheaded and hates dishonesty. Ever since she was young, she enjoyed the company of boys over girls. She starts a band with four of her boy friends and becomes the lead singer. Then one day, one of the members of the band, Tsukasa, gets a job at a bank in Tokyo. Due to Tsukasa leaving town, the band breaks up and though Yoko finds herself lonely, she puts on a strong act in front of Tsukasa. She can't tell Tsukasa how she truly feels for him. On the day Tsukasa leaves for Tokyo, Yoko goes along with the band members to the airport to see him off. The guys get excited when they see some cabin crew ladies and Yoko has no idea why. She reminds them that even she can wear a uniform, but the guys only make fun of her. That's when Tsukasa tells Yoko he wonders what she'd look like dressed in uniform. This is when Yoko decides she wants to work as a Cabin Attendant
Opinions: Ueto Aya is one of the most wanted A-list actress in Japan. The main female role fit her prefectly and nicely.
Cute and funny...
I have seen tons of dramas(Good Luck and Take My Word For It) about training pilots but this one is about training cabin attendants.
I bet Xiang must be feeling how his sister underwent the training with SIA as cabin attentants as he watched whole 11 episodes.
Judging the Japan Airline's working style in the show,there is low power distance,high uncertainity avoidance,nurturing,collectivism and long-term work environment based on Hofsede's 5 main values.
Indeed,choir will only sound very well when a instructor choose the right persons who can work together producing nice and sweer chain sounds. In similar analogy, we must work together and co-exist for one main purpose in an organisation. I have this kind of idealogy long time ago.
I always like this type of story where punk turn into professional worker..why?nobody believe that those kind of people can make it.

Synopsis:

Opinions:
Ending show depict the bloodbath where Sang-Ho took revenge of his late friend.
So far,it is based on teengers' feel. Pretty common type.
