My theory approach to life
I want to bring attention to young readers. I believe that there are a lot of young people but they have different mindsets. There are only two mindsets. One is young mindset and other is mature mindset. Regardless of age, this factor count when they gain such experiences. Not all experiences will 'upgrade' your mindset from young to mature. I know that people like to rebut that saying whehther all experiences can change mindset. I am afraid that it is not true because the gravity of the experience is the key. If it has too low gravity of the experience, it will not make your mindset from young to mature. I am writing it as i had conversation with Ka Ho relating about it. more or less!

How did i arrive to this kind of conclusion?
It is simply to say that there are a lot of people at early 20s or even 40s having young mindset not realising the game of the life.

What is the game of life?
It is the thing that is toying and tearing you with so many unexpected events and outcomes in your life. Unfortunately, to certain degree of understanding life, not all can easily withstand them. WHY?!?! Humans are too fragile including those tough people.

Do you really think that it is up to you to make a decision?
I once remembered that Mick remarked that he quitted his studies due to lack of money. Being independent from his parent at age of 16, he tried to earn money to continue his studies. The factor that cause him to make a decision is lack of money, independent and failure to realise the avenues to earn money is forcing him to quit.
It is very unfortunate thing for him especially the moment he say if he realise it earlier, he may have continue studies.
I hope that everyone should remember that the decision to make is not up to you but the factors u are facing where game of life is presenting you. Either you choose one of few options in your lifetime. I think naivety come to this picture when people think it is up to us.

I have bought a book called Think and Grow Rich by Napolean Hill. I happen to know this book when i read sourcing for finance and investment books to enrich my knowledge. Some few local people recommend it beside its popularity among Americans.
After reading first few pages, i was so impressed on how Napolean pointed out during his research on rich people in America. From this point, people fail to have success or do not dare to do such plan. It is because 1)they do not set any goal but stupidly aim for non-existent target and 2)they have too many thoughts that will translate into fear preventing you from doing something. I feel that this book has more substance than Adam Khoo's book that focus on simple and basic layerman's terms.
It came with a lot of real-life successes as example to explain why he prove this way during his research. I am simply impressed.

If you think degree is the path to silence people outside, you are much mistaken then. Degree and master degree are for us to enrich our knowledge and further picking up new technical skills(especially finance). Such comments like 'You got no degree ah' and typical comparison shouldn't stop you from doing something like being a boss. I can point a person who is my classmate since secondary school. He is boss of a joint-veture pub with no diploma or degree. He is considerably earning money and making some investment on mini concerts. You can be boss right away without degree but you need capital or trusted partner.
Let me remind you once again. Human is truly fragile enough to be affected by this kind of comments. One who don't even bother about this comment and stick to the aim to achieve will have a lot of success.

Sim Wong Hoo
IT-savvy people will know him as boss of Creative. Interestingly, he told TNP that he just do whatever he learn regardless it is right or wrong. According to him, he usually get few As,some Bs and plenty of Cs in his diploma. It is certainly to strike you that he is going to fail as a boss. Sadly for you guys, he became sucessful by selling popular sound blaster sound cards that is the main factor on why Creative is still alive out there buying few companies. I hope that it should remind you that degree is not key to be successful boss or silence such comments like that.

Warren Buffet
If you are not convinced, let me bring few more real life examples. I shall start with Warren Buffet. He is one of the best investors in the world.
Buffett has amassed an enormous fortune from astute investments managed through the holding company Berkshire Hathaway, of which he is the largest shareholder and CEO. With an estimated current net worth of around US$52 billion, he was ranked by Forbes as the third-richest person in the world as of April 2007, behind Bill Gates and Mexican businessman Carlos Slim Helú.
Although he completed his studies until master degree, the level of study enable me to analyse so well that he only buy shares that is different from mass.
During the bullish market, people branded him as stupid not taking the chances to earn more money. Can he silence them that he has master degree? He can't because people will continue insisting that he is stupid not to do it. In the end, he is right not buy any shares during bullish market period because later on the stock market went bearish sending many people into financial troubles and bankruptcy! Yet,he is only one floating alive in the stock market with his company up there.
It is great example why master degree is not a solution to silence such critics and 'comparison' comment. All you need is character, ability to use employee's skills correctly, use own resources wisely and ideas. They are 4 key components to your success!

Henry Ford
I discover some of his interesting life from Think and Grow Rich book.
Ability to use employees' skill correctly: he told his engineers to develop V8 motor. They were so flabbergasted that they thought they couldn't develop it because it was IMPOSSIBLE. IMPOSSIBLE? Let see.6 months later, his engineers couldn't find how to make it. 1 year later, no result. Ford told them to carry on doing it insisting that he want V8 motor. They continued and by the stroke of magic, they discover how to develop V8 motor! It is one example why 99% of people in the world give up instantly after finding out the solution for a long time. I dare that you can be the one who will give up instantly! Don't try to snigger at this example and it will happen to you.
Another example about him made me laugh like mad! During the first world war, newspaper branded him as ignorant pacifist. Of course, without any question, he was so furious that he sued them for libel. In the court, the lawyer tested him by asking questions about general knowledge to prove whether he was ignorant. As he was tired of lawyer's tactics to test him for general knowledge. He said ,"If i should really want to answer the foolish question you have just asked, or any of other questions you have been asking me, let me remind you that i have a row of electric push buttons on my desk, and by pushing the right button, I can summon to my aid men who can answer my question i desire to ask concerning the business to which i am devoting most of my efforts. Now, will you kindly tell me, why i should clutter up my mind with general knowledge, for the purpose of being able to answer my questions when i have men around me who can supply any knowledge i require?"
It really floored the lawyer and every person in the courtroom realised it was the answer, not of an ignorant man, but of a man of knowledge.
When i saw this statement, i was deeply impressed and understood why there is a need of the ability being able to pick the right choice of employees who can do the job properly.

Richard Branson
Branson was educated at Scaitcliffe School (now Bishopsgate School)until the age of thirteen. He then attended Stowe School until he was fifteen. Branson has dyslexia, resulting in poor academic performance as a student. He was the captain of football and cricket teams, and by the age of fifteen he had started two ventures that eventually failed: one growing Christmas trees and another raising budgerigars.*Taken from wiki*
Look at him, he has no degree, diploma,A level or anything else and yet, he still went on to be successful businessman in all kind of industry.

Filippo Inzaghi
I chose him because he don't give much concern about comments on him. Sir Alex Ferguson once remarked about him that he was born in an offside position. Of course, the statistics show that he has a lot of offside against him. Not only that, Dutch legend Johann Cruyff has said of Inzaghi, "Look, actually he can't play football at all. He's just always in the right position.". Despite of that, he still score goals and receive a lot of medals including hard-to-win world cup medal! He is a good example why we don't bother about such comments like that as long as we are doing the right things.

There are a lot of people who have such young mindset thinking that things have modernised today by calling 21st century. Foremost, i want to point out that there are successful business methods that are very conservative and traditional.
Brick and mortar business is still favourable method for many people in the world but however only mature guys with adult mindset will support this method and prove you that e-commerce can't simply replace it entirely despite of few advantages.
Few advantages such as low operating cost, wide range of crowds and etc seem to be very favourable to e-commerce and in the end people still want to go out and buy common things from outside their home(offline). A lot of e-commerce businesses failed so miserably because they did not meet the requirements. Rash decision without considering to meet the requirement to do e-commerce business. Many more other reasons concerning it are something you can easily figure it out now or even later.

The next blog entry will be focus of various investors and one or two philosophy about religions and life of genius. New additional will be book reviews.

クロサギ(Kurosagi)(The Black Swindler)(Japanese Drama 2006)Click here for official Website
Synopsis:
Yamashita Tomohisa plays Kurosaki, a young man whose family was destroyed by swindlers. Despite that, Kurosaki grows up to become a con artist known as Kurosagi. As Kurosagi, he swindles other con artists and returns the money to the original victim. He works with the master swindler Katsuragi Toshio (Yamazaki Tsutomu) even though Toshio had a hand in the destruction of Kurosaki’s family.
Kurosaki's life begins to change when he meets Yoshikawa Tsurara (Horikita Maki), a young law student who disapproves of his disrespect of the law. Can she persuade Kurosaki to give up swindling and his quest for revenge?
Based on the hit manga series by Natsuhara Takeshi with artwork by Kuromaru serialized in Young Sunday magazine.

Opinions:
Adopted from manga, it was simply brilliant show. I cannot believe how wonderful swindling job is. One of the few episodes involved about stock exchange struck my amazement seeing Kurosaki swindling few ten million from the a guy who prefer to play slow and patient swindling strategy. What make me surprised is that the guy still swindle whole japan for few hundrend million yen despite of losing money to Kurosaki. It is really amazing. I believe that if there is 'Robin Hood' now, you probably see the crime being reduced. Having a 'Robin Hood' or 'protector', the common crime in Malaysia will be reduced already by then. Fact: Law can't protect you all the time! I think it is true and so don't take your own life and things too lightly!

美满人生(Mei man ren sheng)(Singapore Dreaming)(Singapore Movie 2006)

Synopsis:
Big Dreams. Small Island. What are You Dreaming of?

Opinions:
The reason i bother to watch this Singaporean movie is that few local mature people who have watched tons of movies think well of this movie. I decide to take the chance to watch it and i am quite impressed on how director portray how mid-20s Singaporeans tend to think too big without knowing the consequence and the requirement. I think i recommend to every young Singaporean to watch this movie. Ka Ho should see this movie and he will realise what the pitballs are so that he can prepare himself for such problems.

잘 살아보세(Jal Sara Bose)(Mission Sex Control)(Korean Movie 2006)
Synopsis:
In 1971 birth control was a major policy drive of the Korean government. Nevertheless, one poor farming village went against the trend, boasting the highest fertility rate in the country. This peaceful Yongdu Village receives an unwelcome visitor, the national family planning officer Hyun-joo, to oversee the villagers nocturnal pleasures. However as a single lady with little experience of her own, Hyun-joo finds it nearly impossible persuade the residents to use contraception. She finally appoints the village head Suk-gu as the local support officer and thus begins the “0% Birth Rate Project.” Appointing him brings more turmoil to the villagers and when the President comes to inspect…

Opinion:
It is very good film with unique genre story. It is really unbelieveable surreal thing for me because people who are in my age or are born after 1980 will find this kind of policy unthinkable. However it is true in China who enforce one child policy countrywide. The good side for this is to control the population but the few bad sides are black market to buy children and abandon people who are disabled(sometimes girls). This movie should be shown to every chinese in China to educate themselves to leanr how to plan family! Indeed, singaporeans are very good at family planning but unable to match the current government needs to grow the population in order to get its economy strong as long as it reach to certain number of population in Singapore. The ending is very sad. Young people should watch it and learn how to do family planning! Beside that, i have no idea if Korea really did that in real life at that year.

Rating:8/10
Bonuses:1)simplistic way to understand why family planning is very important 2)great acting from two main characters 3)the story seem to be too true for one.

Beautiful Sunday(Korean Movie 2007)

One day, a man named Min-woo visits KANG to make a confession that he killed his wife accidentally but KANG realizes that there’s a connection between his murder and the accident of his wife.

Opinions:
It really test your mind so severly that you will have perceived that you have two different personalitiies of two persons in you. The director brought a powerful 'tool' to make you feel like one

Rating:6/10
Bonus:1)A sad story with little expected ending will render you dumbfounded.
