Day 14 of Overseas Trip 2016

On night of day 13, I politely asked Shinjuku host whether he is working on Saturday. It is because I had to leave his home in the morning. He kindly told me to relax. I am grateful that he treated me a small cup of ice cream.

Finally, I woke up in 8am on Day 14. After the morning bath, I went to JR Shinjuku station so as to take normal train to Omiya, Saitama.

There is nothing special about Omiya. Why am I going there?

After putting my backpack at Omiya host's place, I spent 1 hour to locate this railway museum.

It is way larger than the one at Nagoya. There are much more trains in the railway museum.

I easily spent 2-3 hours to explore around.

After exiting the railway museum, I saw a small exhibition outside. Saitama police station are showing its vehicles.

It is end of Day 14. On Day 15, I will take shinkansen to Sendai.

Book

Title: Dead Companies Walking: How a Hedge Fund Manager Finds Opportunity in Unexpected Places
Author: Scott Fearon
Rating: 9/10
Remark: I sort of like his story writing about his visits to CFO/investment relation of listed companies.
